Was slow to collect my bag as there were a lot of others needing attention and only one person serving
They did not accept the information confirming the reservation on the app, and since the receipt had been sent to an email I did not had access to at the time, i had to pay again.
Upon on check in we felt not welcomed. It felt to us staff did not want to speak to us. Not sure if he had a bad day or something. Upon on check in staff gave us a collection receipt and advised us to bring that back. He also advised that payment would be due on check out, despite I told him this was already paid and showed him a proof of payment. My husband went today to collect a bag, staff was very difficult once again demanded payment despite proof of payment showed, he stated anyone can make fake screenshots!!! Which as you can understand is not great as my husband was being accused of fraud!!! Also they kept asking for barcode which we were never given, my husband showed collection receipt which wasn’t good enough, they kept refusing to give the bag. After some arguments they finally handed over the bag. But this is totally unacceptable
